Clear Glass Reduction Adapter

A clear borosilicate glass reduction adapter is used to connect a larger neck (socket) to a smaller component (cone), featuring a small socket at the top and a large cone at the bottom. It is used for equipment integration when you need to fit a smaller accessory, such as a thermometer pocket, dropping funnel, or gas inlet, into a larger flask neck.  A reduction adapter allows for downsizing the connection of smaller-scale condensers or distillation heads to larger boiling flasks.
